Common questions
An app is frozen or behaves unexpectedly.
Close and reopen the app, then check the App Store for an update. If the problem continues, email us with the details above. Contact us before deleting the app if you want to preserve locally saved settings or progress.
I cannot find or download an app.
Visit the App Store links on our home page. If your app is not listed there, email us its name and the country or region of your App Store account so we can help find the correct link.
I have a purchase or refund question.
Apple handles App Store payments. For purchase help or to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For a problem using the app, contact us directly.
I have a privacy question.
